The Role of Medical Administrator

Your main tasks will be medical documentation in the Cosmic journal system, diagnosis and procedure classification, reception work, document management in Evolution, and other administrative tasks. Your responsibilities also include providing support for various IT systems. It is an advantage if you have experience with and have worked with speech recognition. Your workplace will be at the dermatology clinic in Jönköping, but if needed, you will assist with writing medical notes from the dermatology clinics in Nässjö and Värnamo. The dermatology clinic is a small clinic where the medical administrator is the spider in the web. We are constantly working on improvements and digital solutions, which means flexibility is important.

Your Future Workplace

The dermatology clinic is a county clinic with dermatology, STI clinics, and treatment units in Jönköping, Nässjö, and Värnamo. The clinic has about 60 employees. At the dermatology clinics, specialist care is provided, where most patients come on referral from primary care. We have approximately 16,000 doctor visits and 13,000 healthcare visits per year.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical administrator with good IT skills and is comfortable expressing themselves in speech and writing. We would like you to have experience with our journal system Cosmic, knowledge of Evolution, and be interested in learning new things in the role of medical administrator.
